The other day I put a lemon muffin recipe on my blog,
and that is going to be my thing for the class bake off!
here is a picture of one of them there were many more but I forgot to take a picture of them!
out of 10 stars I would give it a 10/10!

if you are making cupcakes you should only put them in for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees on fan bake!
