Here is my writing from this week. Our focus was to add a simile or a metaphor. It is about  a girl and a Dinosaur, Enjoy🐹

Here is the picture I wrote about:

It was a cold and chilly day, there was once a girl called Olivea she lived with her grandparents because she was once in a house fire when she was a baby. Her parents passed away in the house fire and she came out with terrible burns. She went to Northwood high, she had no friends she always wore a mask and everybody would stare and call her mean names. One day Olivea went on a camping trip with her grandparents in the summer holidays, it was nearly dinner time and her grandparents went to go find some wood so she was left alone at there camp site. About 10 minutes later she started to get worried so she went to go look for her grandparents. A bit later she came across a dino skeleton, she was interested so she poked the dino, just then the dino said “ahhh mum it is not time to wake up ye…” and then the dino said in a scared voice “who are you?! I am not wearing my pj’s” Olivea said it was fine and tried to calm down herself as well as trying to calm the dino. After that the dino started releasing she was nice so the dino asked “what is your name?” and Olivea said “Olivea, What about you?” Then the dino said “Jeff, You're really pretty you know” then Olivea said “Thanks, nobody has ever told me that, you're pretty cool too” and then they became friends, she never saw her grandparents again but she would never forget them. She now lived with Jeff and they lived happily ever after.
