Howick historical village trip

On Thursday last week room 6, 7 and 8 went on a trip to Howick historical village.
At the village there was lots of olden day stuff but here are some of the main things.

The old games we did were really fun there was 9 games and they were all made out of wood and rope like skipping with a big rope and skipping with a a little rope the skipping was quite easy for me because I have done it a lot, the stilts were really fun because you could see up above you and it was also a good challenge, hoop and skimmer was quite hard even know if you look at a picture of it it looks really easy, bowling looked really fun but I cant really tell you because I did not do it because the line was really big and I don't like bowling much, grace was really fun because you have to try and through a hoop into the other person things that looked like swords but they were not, coyts was also fun because you had to through rings around this poll thing it was really fun, there was also this thing which you stood on 2 pices of wood and you hold it up and you walk, and lucky last team walkers you had to walk but you did it with 2 other people but you had to go "RIGHT LEFT RIGHT LEFT" and on and on and that is what we did for the old games.

On the next thing we did comunication  which you had to communicate how they did in the old days and some we still do  there was our everyday language English I probaly don't need to say anything about that because we all know how to speck Engilsh.

The school house was also very fun Ted and Niamh got caned and I  got to make people do lines.

If you went on this trip I think you liked it to.
have you been there before?
blog you later
